The Office of the State Superintendent of Education's (OSSE) Higher Education Financial Services (HEFS) provides a variety of resources to help you find financial aid to pursue higher education at a college or university. In addition, OSSE allows you to apply for the District of Columbia's four higher education grants, listed below, online. To determine eligibility, select the program name to review the website for a list of requirements. Review the Important Resources (below) for instructions, changes to the OneApp requirements for academic year 2008-2009, and places for free online access.
